Can I drag and drop my audio and MIDI loops create in Loopcloud DRUM?

Yes! 

Just press the AUDIO or MIDI button in the export area and then drag and drop the file to your DAW.

Note that all exports are also added to your Loopcloud library and can be found in the Loopcloud Drum > Audio MIDI exports folder in your Loopcloud Library.
