How does the Loopcloud Points Match promo work?

Follow these simple steps to claim up to 5,000 bonus Loopcloud points:

1. Start any Loopcloud Annual subscription from our plans page.

2. Submit a screenshot or video to the Loopcloud Points Match Request Form showing your credits on another sample platform. Your submission must clearly show:
    
   • Your account email
   • Your current credit balance 
      
3. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll add up to 5,000 bonus Loopcloud points to your account in addition to the points included in your annual plan.
    

Is this offer available with monthly plans?

No. The Points Match promotion is exclusive to Annual Plans. Once your annual subscription is active and your submission is approved, your bonus points will be added in full.

What can I use Loopcloud points for?

Loopcloud points can be used across the entire Loopcloud store, including:

• Loops
• One-shots
• Synth presets
• MIDI files
• Sample packs

Your matched points are in addition to your yearly plan allowance:

• Artist Plan – 1,200 points/year
• Studio Plan – 3,600 points/year
• Professional Plan – 7,200 points/year

Can I add my samples from another platform to Loopcloud?

Yes - You can easily import your existing sample library into Loopcloud, whether it's from another service or your own collection. Once uploaded, Loopcloud’s AI-powered tagging and search tools make it easy to organise, browse, and find your sounds quickly, all in one place.

What if I already have a Loopcloud subscription?

If you're already subscribed to an Annual Plan, you're eligible! Just send your credit proof and we’ll handle the rest.

Do I need to cancel my subscription with the other service?

No cancellation needed. You can continue using your other platform alongside Loopcloud if you wish.

Is there a limit to how many points Loopcloud will match?

Yes - We’ll match up to 5,000 points based on your credit balance with one eligible service.

Is there a free trial with this offer?

Not directly. However, if you’d like to try Loopcloud before committing, you can start a 14-day free trial with any Monthly Plan. You’ll still be able to upgrade to an Annual Plan later to take part in the Credit Match.

Which services are eligible for credits matching?

You can match credits from any subscription-based sample platform that offers downloadable audio credits. This includes:

• Splice
• Tracklib
• LANDR
• WAVS

... and similar services.

What happens to my Loopcloud points if I cancel my subscription?

You won’t lose your points! If you cancel or pause your subscription, your points will be frozen, but not deleted. They’ll be ready and waiting for you when you return.

If I change my mind, can I cancel and get a refund?
