If you have purchased a new computer or need to re-install your operating system, you can remove any devices from your Loopcloud account page by selecting the 'Remove' option as seen below.
Each Loopcloud subscription plan has a limited number of installs: 2x installations are available for the Free, Artist and Studio plans and 4x installations are included in the Professional plan. To upgrade your subscription level click here.
If our system sees a login attempt on any additional computers, you will not be able to use Loopcloud on those computers but you will still be able to use Loopcloud on the pre-existing installed machines.

No puedo iniciar sesión, el año pasado cancelé mi suscripción, pero ahora veo que me han cobrado mi plan Artist de nuevo, ahora intento entrar en loopcloud y no puedo me dice que he superado el numero de instalaciones, me gustaria continuar este año tambien con vosotros, ya que me han cobrado un año de suscripción Artist, me pueden indicar que debo hacer? gracias…
