Beatport Remix Challenge 01 - Terms and Conditions

Unlike other content at Loopmasters and Loopcloud, the Sounds contained in the Beatport Remix Challenge 01 (the “Contest”)  pack are not 100% royalty-free, and may only be used for the purpose of entering the Beatport Remix Challenge 01. Loopmasters, and its licensor, herefore grant the following limited License Agreement in the Berghain Sounds.

1.    The Digital Content (as defined in our terms and conditions) remain the property of our licensors and/or Loopmasters Limited (collectively, “Licensor”) and are licensed to you on the basis of our terms and conditions as the original end-user (“Licensee”), for use subject to those provisions below which apply to the applicable type of Digital Content. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by Licensor.

2.    Licensor or Loopmasters Limited may revoke a license granted to you in respect of Digital Content if you breach any of the below license terms or our terms and conditions.

 (A) Audio loops, samples, instruments and audio synthesis software and their output (the “Sounds”):

 1.    The Licensee may use the Sounds in the Beatport Remix Challenge 01 pack in combination with other sounds in a musical work for the purpose of entering the Contest only. After the Contest has ended, the Licensee is not permitted to use these Sounds for any other purpose, including the public posting of Licensee’s Contest submission.

2.    The Licensee MAY NOT use the Sounds in isolation as sound effects or as loops (i.e. a sequence of musical events) or within any competitive products that are sold, relicensed, or redistributed to third parties.

3.    A right to use the sounds is granted only to the Licensee and is NOT transferable.

4.    This license expressly forbids resale, relicensing or other distribution of the Sounds, either as they exist or any modification thereof. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any shared server space, publicly perform or transfer all or any of Sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product.

PLEASE NOTE: This license only applies to the Beatport Remix Challenge 01 pack distributed as part of the Beatport Remix Challenge 01, and does not apply to any other products from Loopmasters, or from other labels that we represent at Loopmasters.com.
