If you'd like to delete your Loopmasters/Loopcloud account, please email our Customer Care Team at support@loopmasters.com - they will ask you to confirm that this is what you'd like to do, and once you've confirmed this, our Tech Team will delete your account and all of your details. Once this is all done, we'll send another email to let you know.
If you've got an Loopcloud subscription active on your account, this will need to be cancelled before we can delete your account. Please refer to our article on how to do this here.
Once your account has been deleted, you'll no longer be able to access any of your previous purchases, so please make sure you've downloaded your purchases before requesting that your account is deleted.
Please note that account deletions are permanent, and accounts cannot be reactivated once deleted.
