You may see the error message "error: create directory failed for with error Cannot create parent directory" when trying to download sounds in Loopcloud, or load a new sound in Loopcloud Drum.
This error message is caused by 'orphaned files' in your Loopcloud Library - files that have no parent folder in your Loopcloud Library and therefore cannot be downloaded to a location on your machine. This is fixed by having our Tech Team add the NEW INSPIRATIONS folder to your Loopcloud Library (this was a feature in Loopcloud 4 for free files, which was then subsequently removed for Loopcloud 5).
If you're seeing this error message please contact us at support@loopmasters.com with the email address you use to log into Loopcloud, and we'd be happy to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
If you have any further questions about Loopcloud at all please get in touch with our Support Team at support@loopmasters.com - we'd be more than happy to help.
